Let Wilde Shamrock take you on a theatrical celebration of Dublin City. We give our own unique spin on Dublin life, combining Dublin literature, music, culture and a small celebration of Dublin Cinema. This show can be adapted for speakers of all levels as well as to Native speakers so just let us know what you would like and let us show the Dublin that only the locals know
A Wilde Night is a fusion of Irish Music and Culture. Looking at great Irish literary figures, looking at our rich culture and of course plenty of Irish music and singing. Adaptable for groups with English abilities of varying levels. A perfect introduction to Irish culture from the locals.
America. The Land of Hope and Glory. Saviour of the Free World??? Wilde Shamrock takes a look at the history of America. Their relationship with native Americans and Mexicans adn of course African Americans. We look at some of their most celebrated heroes. It is a more cynical view of American events in the world but a real thought provoker. Written by award winning writer, Carlton Bunce, it is a show not soon to be forgotten
A look at the life and times of possibly the most famous author ever to take a pen in his hand. We bring you back to the golden Elizabethan age in English history. A time when the ‘Virgin Queen’ ruled over 5 million people and London became a prosperous European city where arts and culture thrived. We look at the political, social and artistic influences that helped to make Shakespeare the artist he was. Although we look at the circumstances and tell the story as Shakespeare never imagined it would be told. (Don’t worry students, you will love it).
A new concept for the younger students. We take a fun look at some of the great classic stories ranging from tales for toddlers like the Three Little Pigs to works by the great William Shakespeare and examine the story structure that all books, movies and plays have in common. We look at stories for every age group and by including the audience in the story themselves, we promise that the students will be entertained by some of the greatest stories ever told.
